Our History

IT Managed Services Limited was founded to provide Remote Helpdesk Support and Cloud Services with complete customer satisfaction.
// 2008
The team has grown to three people, the customer base is expanding, as are the services provided.
// 2010
Three more people join to expand the ITM team. Company relocates to new larger office space.
// 2013
Office 365, later known as Microsoft 365, is introduced and subscription-based, software-as-a-services solutions are adopted.
// 2018
3CX Partner status is approved and ITM move to sell Voice over IP telephony.
// 2020
COVID hits the UK and ITM has the busiest period in its history helping customers use their technology at home, migrate applications to the Cloud, and update telephony to VoIP.

Web development is brought in-house as the team expand with a Lead UX developer.
// 2024
Security, security, security! Cyber warfare is raging and IT Managed is working hard to keep its customers safe.

IT Managed turns 18 years old and looks forward to an exciting year ahead.
